The hotel provided us with a clean and comfortable stay in an area undergoing upgrades. The staff were friendly and accommodating, although there were slight issues with gift exchange rules communication. It was a peaceful oasis amidst the chaos of the city, with beautiful surroundings and fantastic accessibility to the central business district and major attractions.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious but dated and unclean, with the unpleasant surprise of spotting a cockroach in the toilet. Despite being pricey, the lack of free breakfast and a bathtub was disappointing. However, the service was top-notch, with very friendly and helpful staff.
